TWO FAMILIES. ONE TABLE.
Before families become one, they break bread together.
A wedding dinner should be more than a meal between the ceremony and the dancing. We believe the table is part of the celebration itself—a place to gather, pass, share, and begin something together.
Our Approach
Six principles shape every Private Provisions wedding—from how we build the menu to how the meal is served.
01 —
THE TABLE MATTERS
A wedding dinner is one of the few moments when everyone gathers in the same place and stays there. We design the meal around that pause—giving two families a reason to sit, pass, share, and settle in. The table should feel like part of the celebration itself, not simply the place where dinner happens.
02 —
MADE TO BE SHARED
Every menu is developed and every event personally overseen by our chef. That means thoughtful sourcing, proper technique, seasonality, and attention to detail are carried from the first menu conversation through service. We bring the discipline of a serious restaurant kitchen to the wedding table, then serve it with warmth, generosity, and very little pretense.

SEASONAL BY DESIGN
We accept a limited number of weddings each month so the work stays personal. Private Provisions is designed for celebrations of up to 100 guests, allowing us to remain closely involved in the menu, service, and details that matter. The goal is not to cater as many weddings as possible, but to take proper care of the ones we accept.
Okay, how does this actually work?
Every celebration begins with a few simple choices. Choose your Journey, decide how abundant you want the table to feel, and select the style of service that fits the evening. From there, we’ll help shape the details around you.
Your Journey establishes the culinary direction for the celebration. Choose from six traditions, each with its own flavors, ingredients, and sense of place. Or, choose to build your own chef’s tasting- we can work together, you, our Chef, and the season, to create a custom 6 course tasting menu. The menus are never fixed—the season, your preferences, and the occasion shape the table from there.

The difference is abundance, not quality.
Every Private Provisions table receives the same attention from our kitchen—the same sourcing, technique, seasonality, and care. Elevated simply adds more choice and variety to the meal.
CLASSIC
$38
PER GUEST
A focused expression of your Journey.
One selection from each part of the menu creates a complete, considered dinner with a clear culinary point of view.
ELEVATED
$45
PER GUEST
A more abundant expression of your Journey.
Two selections from each part of the menu. Additional selections bring more variety to the table, allowing guests to pass, share, and experience more of the Journey throughout dinner.
04 —
DISTINCTLY YOURS
A Journey gives us a starting point, not a set of rules. From there, we shape the menu around your tastes, dietary needs, family traditions, and the kind of evening you want to create. Canapés, grazing, drinks, and other details are layered in with purpose, so the final table feels cohesive rather than simply customized.
05 —
CHEF-DRIVEN, ALWAYS
Family-style is our signature because it changes the rhythm of the room. Generous dishes arrive at the table to be passed from guest to guest, creating movement, conversation, and a sense of abundance. For smaller celebrations, plated service is available when a more formal cadence better suits the evening.
06 —
INTENTIONALLY LIMITED
Our Journeys establish a culinary point of view, but they are not fixed banquet menus. We let the season, the venue, and ingredients at their best influence what reaches the table. The result is food that feels considered and specific to the moment—closer to the way a thoughtful restaurant cooks than the way traditional event menus are often built.
