JOURNEY 03
THE SPANISH
COURTYARD
Saffron, romesco and the warm rhythm of an Andalusian courtyard.
Spanish food was made for a celebration. Small bites arrive with the first drink, platters move around the table, and dinner feels less like a sequence of courses than an evening that keeps unfolding.
The Spanish Courtyard brings that spirit to the wedding table—jamón and croquetas, smoky romesco, slow-cooked meats and warm spice. Bold without being heavy, lively without losing the sense of occasion.

FOR THE TABLE
Spanish grazing isn't meant to sit untouched in the corner of the room. These are tables built to draw people in—to take a slice of jamón, break off some bread, pour another glass and stay for another bite.
Jamón & Queso Board
The Spanish market, brought to the table.
A generous spread centered on Spanish cured ham and cheese, surrounded by olives, preserves, nuts, bread and traditional accompaniments. Salty, savory and made for the first glass of the evening.
Pintxos Board
A little taste of the bar in San Sebastián.
An abundant arrangement of small Spanish bites inspired by the pintxos bars of northern Spain—varied, colorful and designed for guests to graze their way through cocktail hour..
SLOW COOKING.
GENEROUS PLATES.
The Spanish Courtyard leans into food that develops slowly: beef braised until it yields to the fork, pork roasted with almonds, saffron-stained rice and chicken fragrant with spice and dried fruit.
These are dishes with depth, but they're still made for sharing—big platters arriving at a table already deep in conversation.
ONE LAST SPANISH INDULGENCE.
The Spanish table doesn't rush dessert either. Custard, almond, citrus and cheesecake give the evening a final moment worth lingering over.
Rabo de Toro
Spanish-style oxtail braised slowly until deeply flavored and falling from the bone.

SOMETHING
ALONGSIDE.
Spanish accompaniments bring contrast to the richer dishes: something bright, something smoky, something crisp and something made for catching every last bit of sauce.
