HOW IT WORKS
From first conversation to first course
-
Every table begins with a culinary point of view. Choose from French Countryside, Italian Table, Spanish Courtyard, Mediterranean Coast, Southern Table, or Mexican Hacienda. Your Journey establishes the flavors and traditions that guide the meal, while seasonality, your venue, and your preferences shape the final menu. Think of it as a direction rather than a fixed script.
-
Choose between our Classic and Elevated experiences. Classic is a focused four-course table with one selection per course; Elevated expands the meal with two selections per course, giving guests more variety and the table more range. Both receive the same cooking, ingredients, and attention to detail—the difference is simply how generously you'd like to build the meal.
-
No two celebrations need to look exactly alike. Once the foundation is set, we'll refine the menu around the season, your preferences, and any dietary needs at the table. Passed canapés, grazing displays, drinks, and other additions can be layered into the evening, while personal dishes or family traditions can be incorporated when they fit naturally within the Journey.
-
The food is only part of how dinner comes together. We'll work through service style, timing, beverages, place settings, linens, cake service, and the practical details required by your venue. Family-style service is our signature, though plated service is available for smaller celebrations when a more formal rhythm better suits the evening.
-
Tell us your date, venue and guest count. A 20% deposit reserves your celebration. When dinner begins, our job is to let you stop thinking about it. Large-format dishes arrive at the table to be passed and shared, creating the kind of meal where food moves, conversation follows, and two families begin to feel a little less separate. Our chef personally oversees the event, while our team handles service through the final course.
THE FIRST COURSE IS A CONVERSATION.
Tell us about your date, your venue, and the table you're imagining.
We'll take it from there.
