THE TABLE

WE’LL TAKE CARE
OF THE DETAILS

A beautiful dinner takes more than a menu. It takes the right number of hands, enough time to serve without rushing, and a table set for the way the meal is meant to unfold.

We’ll help determine what your celebration actually needs—from service staff and timing to plates, linens and serving pieces—then build those details around your venue, guest count and style of service.

THE RIGHT NUMBER
OF HANDS.

01 — THE PEOPLE

Service should feel present without feeling intrusive. We staff each celebration according to guest count, service style and the flow of the evening—not with a one-size-fits-all package.

For family-style dinners, we plan for approximately one server for every 20 guests. Plated dinners require a little more choreography, with approximately one server for every 15 guests.

PROFESSIONAL SERVER

2 HOURS · $150
3 HOURS · $185
4 HOURS · $220
5 HOURS · $255

+$30 each additional hour

Then I'd add one small note:

Your final service team is determined by guest count, service style, venue requirements and the needs of your celebration.

ENOUGH TIME
TO DO IT WELL.

02— THE TIME

Not every wedding follows the same clock. A relaxed family-style dinner for forty and a plated celebration for one hundred ask very different things of the service team.

We’ll build staffing around the portion of your celebration we're responsible for—from preparation and setup through dinner service and the cleanup that follows.

WHAT STAFFING TIME INCLUDES

SETUP
Preparing our service areas and getting the table ready for dinner.

SERVICE
The hands needed to move dinner naturally from first course through the finish.

CLEANUP
Clearing our service pieces and leaving our working areas in order.

Staffing rates include setup before the event and cleanup afterward.

SET THE TABLE
YOUR WAY

03 — THE PLACE SETTING

Some venues already have everything waiting in the cupboard. Others give you four walls and a beautiful room.

Either works.

If your venue provides china, flatware and glassware, we're happy to work with what's there. If it doesn't, we can provide the place settings needed for dinner.

Then use three clean columns:

FAMILY-STYLE

$7

PER GUEST

Place settings appropriate for our signature shared-table service.

PLATED

$10

PER GUEST

Place settings appropriate for individually plated dinner service.

THE THING BETWEEN
THE PLATES

04 — THE REST OF THE TABLE

The place setting is only part of the table. Family-style service may require platters, bowls and serving utensils; your venue may need linens or additional glassware; and sometimes the pieces already on site are exactly what we need.

We'll review what's included with your venue first, then help fill the gaps rather than asking you to rent things you already have.

LINENS
Tablecloths, napkins and other linen needs can be arranged on request.

SERVING PIECES
For family-style service, we'll determine the platters, bowls and utensils needed for the menu you've selected.

GLASSWARE
We'll coordinate glassware needs with your beverage selections and what your venue already provides.

SPECIALTY RENTALS
If your celebration calls for something beyond the standard table, we'll identify it during planning and arrange it with you.

YOU DON’T NEED TO
KNOW WHAT YOU NEED

04 — BRING IT TOGETHER

You don't need to arrive knowing how many servers a seventy-person dinner requires, how many platters belong on each table, or whether your venue has enough salad forks.

That's our job.

Tell us where you're gathering, how many people you're inviting and how you want dinner to feel. We'll work through the practical details with your venue and build the service around the table you've chosen.

THE MENU. THE PEOPLE. THE PLACE.
WE'LL HELP CONNECT THE REST.
